Your clients have an unique experience working with your firm. Let's compare it to a dining experience. Do they find it flavorful? Satisfying? How about the service? Will they come back or stay away? Either way, they will tell others about it.
What if you could be your firm's Master Chef? How would you create an amazing dish and dining experience that clients would be lining up to experience? Here's a recipe to get you started:
1. Preheat oven with a deep understanding of HOW and
WHY you do what you do.
2. In a bowl, mix the
following with bravery:
- Services & Service
- Audience Perception
- Vision/Mission/Values
- Finest People
- Personality
- Secret Ingredient
Note: be careful to add
the right amount of each.
3. Place in oven. Watch not to under or over cook.
4. Cut into bite sizes and sample audience feedback.
5. Refine to taste, then serve.
6. Watch, listen, and learn.
7. Keep it fresh, and you'll have them wanting more
(and maybe even eating out of your hand).
Follow this recipe, and you’ll find your yummy brand in hearts and souls, as well as in bellies. Have fun and enjoy! |
