Founding Principal of Bligh, Carolyn has over 20 years of building industry specific experience and is a recognized expert in the field of branding and graphic communications. Passionate about helping firms put their best foot forward, she has worked with over 100 firms of all sizes, implementing hundreds of marketing projects with many of them winning marketing awards in the industry. She frequently speaks on various design and marketing topics including branding, email marketing, social media, website design, both nationally and regionally.

Carolyn participates in industry organizations and is currently on Board of Advisors for the Construction Institute, Public Relations Chair for CREW CT — The Real Estate Exchange, and active on the SMPS CT Program Committee. She has also been an adjunct professor teaching graphic design at the University of Hartford, Hartford Art School, where she received a BFA in Graphic Design. Prior to founding Bligh in 1993, Carolyn was Director of Graphic Design for a major Northeast architectural and interior design firm.

Jeannôt is a communication, technology, and design professional. He provides branding strategy, writing, and content development services for web communications and print collateral materials, and has written articles for national publications. Jeannôt is also responsible for internet technology and manages the firm's business operations. On each project, he provides both creative and technical insight in developing design strategies, visual concepts, and copy.

Prior to joining Bligh in 1994, Jeannôt was a Project Architect for a major Northeast A/E firm, developing and coordinating building design projects from schematic design through final contract documents and administration. His project experience includes hospitals, hotels, high-rise condominiums, new and renovated office space, public schools, higher education, and municipal projects. Jeannôt received a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University. He is also a LEED AP, the US Green Building Council's credential signifying an advanced depth of knowledge in sustainable building practices.
